What I do here
I read what a seller publishes and check whether it holds up. That means the order page, the FAQ, the small print and the label on the bottle photograph, which quite often prints a number the sales copy never mentions.
Then I look up the ingredients with real human research behind them, find the dose used in those trials, and compare it with what the product contains. Where the amounts are not published, I say so.
What I don't do
I don't take these products and then tell you what happened. A single person's experience over a few weeks cannot be separated from ordinary variation, so it would tell you nothing you could use.
I'm not a doctor and nothing here is medical advice. For anything involving your own health or medication, speak to a professional.
Corrections
If a figure on any page no longer matches the seller's site, or I've got something wrong, tell me through the contact page and I'll check it and update the article with a dated note of what changed.
