VisiFlora Complaints: The Guarantee as Advertised and the Guarantee as Written

We hold no reader reports and have surveyed nobody. What we can check is the terms a buyer is agreeing to.

VisiFlora complaints: the guarantee as advertised and as written

No reader complaints, so we checked the terms instead

VisiFlora's 60-day guarantee refunds the price minus shipping and needs every bottle back. You pay the return postage and the clock runs from delivery. Only the two-bottle pack lasts as long as the guarantee. We hold no reader complaints.

We read the seller's sales page, its refund page and its shipping page on 8 October 2026. Every quotation below comes from those three pages.

Here's the position, and we'll state it once. We have no reader complaints about VisiFlora, and we haven't surveyed anyone. So we haven't listed, quoted or counted a single complaint.

A complaint page can't be built from nothing. A made-up grievance is as dishonest as a made-up testimonial.

What we can check is the promise a buyer is offered and the terms behind it. Both sit on the seller's own site, and they don't match.

This page also covers what Bing's results show and don't show. It ends with one name collision on Amazon and a short list of what to keep.

What does the sales page promise about refunds?

What the sales page tells you

The sales page says: "No risk, 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. Try VisiFlora for 60 days. If you're not completely satisfied, just return the bottles and we'll refund your purchase. Simple and hassle-free."

Read it as a buyer would. It promises no risk, a refund and no hassle. It names no fee, no address and no postage.

That's a clear promise, but the refund page makes a different one.

What does the refund policy actually say?

What the refund policy page says

The refund policy page, read 8 October 2026, says: "We accept returns of all items within 60 days of receiving them for a full refund minus any shipping fees."

It goes on: "To get a refund, you should send ALL the items you received back to our warehouse, at the following address: 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. Please keep in mind that we do not support the return shipping costs."

Set the pages side by side and three things appear that the sales page leaves out.

The shipping fee isn't refunded. The policy says "minus any shipping fees", while the sales page says the seller will "refund your purchase".

Every bottle goes back. The policy says to send ALL the items you received. On that wording, emptied bottles go back too.

Return postage is yours. The policy says the seller doesn't support the return shipping costs, yet the sales page says "hassle-free".

What does returning VisiFlora cost you?

The fee you lose, and the parcel you post

A US buyer on the starter pack loses $9.95. A buyer in Canada, the UK, Australia or New Zealand loses $19.95. That buyer also has to post the bottles to Colorado.

What a return costs by buyer and pack, from the seller's refund and shipping pages, read 8 October 2026
BuyerPackFee not refundedBottles to post back
United StatesStarter, two bottles$9.952
Canada, UK, Australia or New ZealandStarter, two bottles$19.952
Canada, UK, Australia or New ZealandUltimate, six bottles$19.956

The table leaves out return postage. We haven't priced it, and the seller names no figure because the policy only says you pay.

In the US, the three-bottle and six-bottle packs carry free shipping. There's no fee to lose on those, but the bottles and the postage still apply.

Outside the US, the six-bottle pack costs $313.95 with shipping. On the policy's wording, a returned order gets back $294 before your postage.

Six bottles go to Aurora, Colorado, from Canada, the UK, Australia or New Zealand. That's a real parcel, paid for by the buyer, against a refund already short by $19.95.

The clock runs from receipt

Delivery time sets when your 60 days begin

The policy counts 60 days from "receiving" the order. So the delivery date matters, because it's the first day of your window.

The seller's shipping table gives 5 to 8 business days in mainland United States. Alaska and Hawaii take 12 to 20 business days. So do Canada, the UK and Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

That timing works in your favour, since the window starts at delivery and not at purchase. The catch is proof. Your window is only as clear as your record of the arrival date.

There's one more gap. The policy doesn't say whether the parcel must be posted or must arrive inside the 60 days. From abroad, that difference could cost you days.

Pack length against guarantee length

The pack the page pushes hardest is the one the guarantee covers least

The seller's FAQ says: "Just one capsule daily with food." The bottle front reads 30 capsules. So one bottle lasts 30 days.

Days of product against the 60-day guarantee, at one capsule a day and 30 capsules a bottle
PackBottlesDays of productGuaranteeDays outside itShare of the course
Starter26060 days0None
Advanced39060 days30One third
Ultimate618060 days120Two thirds

Six bottles is 180 days of capsules and the guarantee covers 60 of them. The pack the page pushes hardest leaves two thirds of the course uncovered.

The guarantee doesn't ask you to finish a pack. But a six-bottle buyer can claim a refund only during the first third of the course.

Three bottles is 90 days, so 30 days fall outside. The gap is smaller, but it's still there.

Two things the page gets right

Credit where we can check it

The starter pack matches the guarantee exactly. Two bottles is 60 days, and the guarantee is 60 days. Someone who buys the starter pack and follows the instructions is covered for the whole course.

That's better than most pages in this category manage, and it deserves saying. The $9.95 shipping fee still stays with the seller, and the bottles still go back.

There's no subscription trap. The FAQ asks "Are there recurring charges?" and answers "Never. This is a one-time purchase - no subscriptions, no hidden fees."

No subscription trap is a real thing not to have. We haven't placed an order, so we can't show you the checkout screen. We can show you what the page promises, and it's clear.

What will VisiFlora look like on your card statement?

The charge won't read VisiFlora

The page says: "Your payment will appear discreetly under 'BuyGoods'. The product name will not be visible."

For someone checking a statement, the charge won't say VisiFlora, so look for BuyGoods. The retailer's address on the site is in Wilmington, Delaware.

This matters if you need to find the charge or dispute it. A search of your statement for the product name will come up empty.

We haven't seen a live statement line. This is what the seller says, not something we've watched.

What Bing's results show, and what they don't

A claim Bing repeats isn't a fact we've checked

One Bing answer mentions "slow refund responses, minor digestive side effects, and unmet expectations in some users". It attributes them to supplementdolphin.com.

We haven't verified any of that. We didn't check that site, so we can't say what it rests on. Treat it as something Bing says, sourced to a page we haven't read.

Here's what the results do show. Bing's count for "is VisiFlora a scam" is about 573 results. It lists "visiflora customer complaints" as a related search.

A related search shows what people type, and it doesn't show what happened to anyone.

Bing also lists a page headed "Beware the VisiFlora Supplement – Scam Ads & Red Flags" on malwaretips.com, dated March 2026. We couldn't open it, so we record the listing and nothing about its contents.

Here's what's missing. Europe PMC, the research index, holds no record for the product. That tells you about trials and nothing about refunds.

We hold no reader reports of our own. So neither Bing's results nor our own files give you a verified refund experience, good or bad.

Is VisiFlora on Amazon the same product?

The same name, a different product

The seller says: "VisiFlora is ONLY available on this page. You won't find it in stores or on third-party sites." That's accurate about its own product.

It's also why the Amazon results are something else. Searching Bing for VisiFlora on Amazon shows several listings under the name.

One is "GREENVIFY VisiFlora Max Eye Health Supplement" with 60 capsules. Another is "VIDAPLEXTRA Visi-Flora Vision Capsules". A third calls itself "Official".

A reader who buys "VisiFlora" on Amazon from GREENVIFY or VIDAPLEXTRA has bought a different product from a different brand. The seller's guarantee doesn't cover it.

Any return there goes through whoever sold it. We haven't read those terms, so check them before you order.

If you plan to use the guarantee

What to keep, written before you need it

Keep the order confirmation. It shows what you bought, what you paid and which company charged your card.

Note the delivery date. Your 60 days start there, so write it down the day the parcel arrives.

Keep the packaging. The policy says to send ALL the items you received, and that includes the bottles you've emptied.

Pay for tracked return postage. You're paying anyway, and a tracking number proves both the date and the address.

Screenshot both pages. Save the sales page guarantee and the refund policy as they read today, because pages change.

Decide early. Don't wait for day 60. The policy doesn't say if the parcel must arrive inside the window, so post early.

The support address the site gives is support@visiflora.com. We haven't tested it, but write before you post and keep the reply.

If you've used the guarantee, tell us through the contact page, with dates. We'll add a dated note once we can verify it.

Complaint questions, answered plainly

Short answers, each traceable to something above

What are the most common VisiFlora complaints?

We hold no reader complaints and haven't surveyed anyone, so we won't name any. We checked the guarantee terms, which anyone can read.

Does the VisiFlora guarantee refund shipping?

No. The refund policy says "minus any shipping fees". A US starter buyer loses $9.95. A buyer in Canada, the UK, Australia or New Zealand loses $19.95.

Do you have to send every bottle back?

Yes. The policy says to send ALL the items you received to Aurora, Colorado. It also says you pay the return postage.

Which pack does the 60-day guarantee fully cover?

Only the two-bottle pack, because two bottles last exactly 60 days. The three-bottle pack leaves 30 days outside and the six-bottle pack leaves 120.

Will VisiFlora show on your card statement?

The seller says the charge appears under "BuyGoods" and the product name won't be visible, though we haven't seen a live statement.
