Blood Sugar Supplement Reviews
These are the blood-sugar products we've checked so far. Every one lists the real price, what the label does and doesn't say, and which claims have human research behind them.
No supplement on this page is a treatment for diabetes. Don't stop insulin, metformin or any medicine a doctor prescribed you because of something you drink or swallow. Stopping insulin can cause diabetic ketoacidosis, which is a medical emergency. Talk to the doctor who prescribed it before you change anything.
Reviews
SugarReset Review
The label is published, and that is the problem. It declares 0.7 mcg of chromium where the trials used 200 to 1,000 mcg, and a 200 mg blend split twenty-two ways. From $158 a pack.
CelluCare Review
It claims twelve ingredients, names eight, and publishes an amount for none of them. From $158 a pack.
Gluco Cleanse Tea Review
It promises to fix type 2 diabetes, publishes no label, and sells a "one month supply" that lasts about nine days at its own dose. From $138 a pack.
How we check a blood-sugar supplement
We start at the label, not the sales page. If a Supplement Facts panel exists, we read it at full resolution and write down every figure on it.
When no panel exists, that is the review. A product sold to people managing blood sugar should say how much of anything is in it.
Then we read the seller's own marketing and set the two side by side. They don't always agree. When they don't, that gap is worth more than any score.
Every named ingredient goes to Europe PMC, and we cite the human trials by identifier. If a trial used a dose the product can't be delivering, we say so and show the arithmetic.
We pay close attention to interactions here. Several plants sold for blood sugar are studied because they lower glucose, and that matters if you already take something that does the same job.
We check prices on the day we look, on every page the seller runs, and we check the guarantee against how long each pack actually lasts.
The full method is on how we rate. What we earn is on the affiliate disclosure.
