Gelatine Sculpt Complaints: What's Checkable, and What We Have No Record Of

We found no verified buyer complaint record we could check. That's the honest starting point, so this page covers what is checkable instead.

Gelatine Sculpt complaints: what we found, and what we didn't

We checked five sources. None of them is a buyer complaint database

We found no verified buyer complaint record we could check for Gelatine Sculpt. That's the honest starting point. We did find things in the seller's own pages and the label. They point to what buyers might complain about. We cover those below, plus how to seek a refund.

Which five sources did we check for complaints?

Five sources, read on one day, none of them a complaint log

We looked in five places for anything resembling a buyer complaint. The seller's official site. Its affiliate order page. The label image printed on the bottle. A live Bing US search. An Amazon listing for the product.

None of those five is a complaint database, and we didn't find a separate one to check. We can't tell you what past buyers have said. We don't have a verified source for it.

What we can do instead is point at the seller's own material. It shows the parts a buyer would likely run into trouble with. Those are checkable right now, from what the seller itself publishes.

The contact email that doesn't work

A refund request sent to the printed address has nowhere to land

The label prints an email address under its distributor block: CONTACT@COSTUMERCS.COM. We ran a DNS check on that domain on 26 September 2026.

Costumercs.com returns NXDOMAIN on its A, MX, NS and SOA records. It isn't registered. An email sent to that address bounces, because there's no mail server on the other end.

The correctly spelled version, customercs.com, does resolve. It has an A record, an MX record and Cloudflare nameservers. That points to a misprint on the physical label, not an address that was never real.

Either way, if a buyer types the address exactly as printed, the message doesn't arrive. That's a real, checkable obstacle to reaching anyone by email.

Is a 60-day guarantee long enough for every pack?

The 60-day guarantee doesn't stretch to cover every pack size

The guarantee is 60 days. Both the official site and the affiliate order page state it the same way. That part is consistent and real.

It doesn't scale with the larger packs. A single bottle is a 30-day supply, so the guarantee window covers it twice over. The 6-bottle pack is a 180-day supply under that same 60-day window.

Supply length against the stated 60-day guarantee, by pack size.
Supply lengthGuaranteeDays unprotected
1 bottle30 days60 days0 days
2 bottles60 days60 days0 days
3 bottles90 days60 days30 days
6 bottles180 days60 days120 days

A buyer who orders six bottles finishes the product 120 days after the refund window closes. That's a common source of frustration with bundle pricing. It's arithmetic on the seller's own numbers.

Shipping, the mismatched ingredients, and who processes returns

Three more things a buyer can check before ordering

Neither page states what shipping costs on the packs where it's charged. We looked on both. The dollar figure just isn't there. A buyer only learns it at checkout, or after.

The ingredient mismatch we cover in more depth elsewhere on this site is worth a mention here too. The website's four headline ingredients don't match the label's 22. That's the kind of gap that leads a buyer to feel sold one product and shipped another.

Returns and refunds run through BuyGoods, the retailer of record, not through the company named on the label. That's normal for products sold this way. It still means your refund conversation goes to a different company than the one on the bottle.

One more price point is worth a mention. Every pack on both pages shows a struck-through $179 figure next to the actual charge. That $179 never appears anywhere as a real price you'd pay. A buyer who assumed they'd locked in a bargain against a genuine $179 list price didn't. No page we checked ever charges that amount.

How do you get a refund for Gelatine Sculpt?

Using only what the seller publishes, in order

If you've ordered and want your money back, here's what the seller's pages give you to work with.

Keep your order confirmation. It ties your purchase to the date you bought it. The 60-day window is counted from that date.

Contact BuyGoods first, since it's the named retailer of record and the company that processed your card. It handles the transaction, so it's the more direct route for a return.

The label also prints a phone number for the distributor, Instituto Experience: +1 323-372-9581. We haven't called it ourselves, so we can't tell you what happens on the other end. It's still the number printed on the product you hold.

Don't rely on the email address printed on the bottle. As shown above, that domain doesn't resolve, so a message sent there won't reach anyone.

Ask for confirmation of your refund in writing, and note the date you asked. If the 60-day window is close to closing, act before it does rather than after.

It also helps to save a screenshot of the order page at the time you buy. Prices and pack offers can change. A screenshot is a record of what you actually saw and agreed to.

Common questions about Gelatine Sculpt complaints

Short answers, each traceable to something checked above

Are there verified complaints about Gelatine Sculpt?

We didn't find a verified complaint record to check. We looked at the seller's pages, the label, Bing US, an Amazon listing and DNS records instead.

Can I email the company for a refund?

Not at the address on the bottle. That domain, costumercs.com, doesn't resolve, so mail sent there bounces.

Who actually processes refunds?

BuyGoods, the retailer of record. It's the company that charges your card, so it's also the one that handles returns.

Does the guarantee cover every pack size?

Not in practice. The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs run 90 and 180 days, longer than the 60-day guarantee.

Why would someone want a refund?

Three reasons stand out: the guarantee gap on larger packs, the unstated shipping charge, and the ingredient mismatch.

Is there a phone number on the bottle?

Yes. The label prints +1 323-372-9581 under the distributor's name and address. We haven't called it ourselves.

We'll correct it with a dated note.
